  2. Debbie,
Love the special touch of the recipes in your giveaway...and I'ld love to have my name entered into your giveaway and am a follower of your blog.
My favorite of all my Christmas memories is the Christmas that I got engaged to my hubby. He put my ring in this tiny wrapped box and then put that into another box that was a little bigger and on it went...until the box was hugh. When I saw that big box, I couldn't begin to image what he had gotten me for Christmas...but by the time I got almost down to the ring box, I had this feeling of what it was and it was the most joyous moment when I opened that tiny little box.
    Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

  4. My birthday follows Christmas by 3 days and I think one of the best years was the year I was turning 40.....My brothers dog had 12 golden retriever puppies and I really wanted one soooo bad! I begged and pleaded with my husband just like a kid for a new toy! He finally relented and told me that I was getting one for my birthday! I soooo love my Pearse! Best birthday/Christmas present ever!!

  5. Hi Debbie,
I've been following your blog for some time now, I "knew" you from Sewforum. I marvel at your ability to battle though life's knocks and although this is my first post I want you to know how much I enjoy reading your blog.
I would love to enter your giveaway but I won't because I live in Australia and postage would be far too costly....Your giveaway will be greatly appreciated by the winner.

  7. Hi Debbie,....I would love to have some of your personal recipes. I hope I win!

Favorite Christmas gift? To me it was a real gift of all others....it was when both of my parents were alive and we were waiting for my Dad to come into the house from the barn so we could see what Santa brought us. My sister and I were so excited......but the best gift of all was when Daddy finally came and he just hugged and hugged us and loved and loved us! We were all so very happy that morning. I wish it could have lasted forever and ever.

How about you, Debbie? What was your favorite gift?

    Friends,

  11. Now how did I miss this!! I'm already a follower and I would love a chance at winning your giveaway. The recipe book looks great!

My favorite Christmas gift? I'd have to go way back for this one. It was the "Little Red Spinning Wheel" I received when I was about ten years old. I made this really long knitted tube with it and coiled it into a hotpad for my mom to put pots on. My mom said I played with this toy for hours!
