Last Day to Enter Giveaway!

Good morning everyone! Just wanted to drop a little reminder that today is the last day to enter my little giveaway so if you have not yet entered, just go to the original post and do so. I plan to draw for a winner when I get home from starting my new internship tomorrow.

Good luck to all of you who enter!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Today I am hoping to get our trees up and decorated for Christmas. With luck the lights will be here in the garage and not in the storage unit. The last few years we have used Wendell's 'redneck' tree. We call it that because he is always telling me how rednecks like 'shiny' things. We both remember growing up and having one of those old aluminum trees with the color disk. What I would of done if Mom and Dad would of kept theirs.
Unfortunately the 'redneck' tree is not here at the house so I will be using the more traditional one and my prim tree. I hope he isn't too disappointed but I doubt that he will be. He has been pretty grumpy lately with everything. I keep telling him God will provide. He just gives me a scowl and grumble.
I think a lot of it has to do with school. His grades are not where he wants them to be and he has to keep them at a certain average or lose his assistance. His memory has really been holding him back. Saturday we went to Jaygen's birthday party and he doesn't remember anything he did once we got home. It was all a complete blank to him. I know its all part of the MS but it especially scares me now that he doesn't have the means to go see his doctor. If you can, please say a little prayer for him please? Thank you!
Well, I best go and start putting up that tree. Please don't forget to enter the giveaway!
Take Care,
Debbie
  1. Oh my gosh...I grew up with the tinsel tree that had a revolving color wheel!
    Along with the lead tinsel, that hung from each branch. I remember laying (at bedtime) on the floor (anticipating Christmas day) in front of the tree watching all the beautiful colors till I fell asleep. It's such a sweet remembrance.
    Sweet Holiday Wishes,
  2. Wendell is definitely in my prayers! How frustrating to have memory problems ~ and scary too! I'll be praying for you too, as you seek to encourage him!
    I pray the Lord blesses you both in a very special way.
