We fix these every New Years, and they go fast! I received this recipe about fifteen years ago, from a lady I use to work with. Over time I have made a few alterations, for the better of course. I almost always get requests for the recipe.
First begin by chopping your green chilies, black olives, and onions. Set aside.
Next, mix together the cream cheese, and sour cream. Add the taco seasoning mix, green chilies, black olives, and onions. Mix well.
Spread some of the mixture evenly on a floured tortilla. Once this is done, carefully roll the tortilla; then cut evenly into 8 or 10 pieces.
Serve with your favorite salsa.
**I sometimes substitute 1/4 cup of red onions, minced, if green onions are not available.
